VERONICA LANE APARTMENTS

PWI is currently under construction on the Veronica Lane Apartments in the heart of Jackson Hole, WY. This is a 36 unit apartment complex with 9 workforce units. PWI took this project from acquisition, entitlement, and through permitting. PWI is currently managing the construction, and is estimating delivery of the asset in November of 2023.

CLUBMOSS APARTMENTS 2

Clubmoss Apartment Group 2 is the second phase of the Driggs “Clubmoss Portfolio”. PWI is currently under construction with the aim of delivering these buildings in August of 2023. PWI acquired the land, sourced the equity and obtained construction debt.

ST. JOHN'S HEALTH (KING & KARNS WORKFORCE HOUSING)

St. John’s Health hired PWI as “owner’s representative” for the construction of two workforce housing apartment buildings in Jackson Hole. The total door count for these projects is 115.

TETON VALLEY MOTEL

PWI acquired the Teton Valley Motel in March of 2023 and underwent a renovation of the motel. The renovation was completed in just 2 months.

MEADOWS APARTMENTS

PWI acquired “The Meadows Apartments” in 2021. PWI repositioned the asset and created a significant value increase. Investors are now enjoying a 10% annual cash on cash return. PWI managed the renovation and re-lease of this asset.

CLUBMOSS APARTMENTS

PWI built Phase 1 of the Clubmoss Apartments portfolio and delivered them in June 2022. PWI obtained 100% occupancy for the asset in 6 weeks. The Clubmoss Apartments are located in Driggs, ID in the Creekside Meadows Subdivision. PWI acquired the land, sourced the equity and obtained construction debt.

STEPHENS AVE APARTMENTS

PWI acquired the Stephens Ave Apartments in 2021, and began a renovation and repositioning of the asset. PWI was able to increase revenues 40%, and has maintained 100% occupancy since renovation. PWI refinanced this asset in January of 2023 and continues to own and operate it.
