Acquired in 2021, PWI renovated and repositioned the 14-unit property, achieving a 40% revenue increase and maintaining 100% occupancy. After refinancing in January 2023, PWI continues to own and operate this stabilized asset, which includes 1 and 2-bedroom units, with significant electrical and deck upgrades.
