Rob Pitts started Pitts West Investments, LLC as a way to bring investors into Western mountain markets. PWI focuses on identifying established and growing mountain towns that have a significant lack of housing for wage earning employees. These markets have a growing lack of employee housing, and apartment rentals available for transient and long-term renters. As single-family home prices sky rocket in each market, there is a population left without the means to purchase a home, thus creating an extremely high need for apartment rentals and affordable houses. PWI aims to find attractive investment opportunities in these markets and supply much needed homes for citizens.

Rob earned his Masters from Cornell in Hospitality Investment and Asset Management, and has worked as a developer building workforce housing villages and multi-family developments across the country with Global Workforce Housing.
